‘There’s something strange in the neighbourhood…’
It’s creepy and ghoulish and it serves a spooktacular burger and chips. Creepy Hollow Cafe Restaurant on Albany Highway in Beaufort River is set up like an American style flea market and sells all sorts of hair-raising stuff. I actually felt my heart race when my camera flash set off all the animatronics. A life sized mummy beside me started to hummmmmmmm, a witch cackled, a werewolf howled and Jason from the movie Friday the 13th nearly jumped off the wall to cut my head off. I took these pictures and then fled! If you see Dracula waving from a chimney on your next trip down Albany Highway pull in for a burger and get creeped out. You’ll know you are in the right place if there is a severed head hanging over the coffee counter.
